Shelter Insurance® Customer Services SMS Terms of Service

By providing your consent through the automated phone system (IVR), you authorize Shelter Mutual Insurance Company and its subsidiaries to send a one-time text message to the mobile number you called from, inviting you to complete a customer satisfaction survey regarding your recent call center experience.

Electronic Authorization
Your authorization is recorded electronically through the IVR system and includes the time, date, and phone number provided at the time of consent.

Message Purpose and Frequency
You will receive a single survey message per call center interaction where consent is given. This message will contain a link to complete a brief customer satisfaction survey. No promotional content will be sent, and no additional messages will follow unless you provide consent again in a future call. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.

Opt-Out Instructions
If you no longer wish to receive survey messages, you may reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further survey texts will be sent unless you re-consent in the future.
