Sausage Meatballs

1 1/2 cups baking mix
1 package ground breakfast sausage (1 lb.), browned and drained
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 T. dried parsley
1 cup milk

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan.
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place in pan.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan.

Serve warm with BBQ sauce, honey mustard or ranch dressing for dipping.
