Brown Sugar Coated Pecans

Ingredients:
16 oz pecan halves
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Arrange pecans in a single layer on an aluminum foil lined 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Then add brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir one minute and remove from heat.
- Continue stirring until brown sugar dissolves.
- Pour over pecans and stir to coat.
- Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes; stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread on wax paper to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
