Shelter Gardens was created in 1975 behind Shelter's home office. We are very proud of Shelter Gardens and happy we get to share it with visitors. What you see planted here changes seasonally, but there are features you can enjoy at any time, such as "gardens within the Gardens", water features and even a schoolhouse. Shelter Gardens

Shelter Gardens is open daily from 8 a.m. until dusk except Christmas Day and during times of inclement weather.
