Shelter Insurance® Ranks #1 in Central Region for the Eighth Time in J.D. Power U.S. Auto Insurance Study

COLUMBIA, MO – June 10, 2025 – For the eighth time, leading global market research company J.D. Power shared that Shelter Insurance^® ranked Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Central Region in its 2025 U.S. Auto Insurance Study. Shelter received this honor in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. This study asked customers to provide feedback about their overall satisfaction with their auto insurance company in several categories. In this most recent study, Shelter ranked #1 in Trust, Price for Coverage, People and Product/Coverage Offerings.
