This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The award list was announced on June 10th, 2025, and can be viewed on the Forbes website.
The World's Best Insurance Companies 2025 ranking is based on an independent survey of over 45,000 consumers in 15 different countries. The award list has been categorized into three insurance types: Homeowners, Auto, and Life. The survey considered customers’ overall recommendation, their general satisfaction, their loyalty, and the five subdimensions: Advice, Customer Service, Price-Performance, Transparency and Damage/Benefit Service. The participants evaluated Shelter Insurance® on several criteria such as Trust, Terms & Conditions, Customer Service, Digital Services and Financial Advice.
For each insurance type, the insurance companies with the highest score have been awarded. This prestigious recognition honors the most trusted, innovative and high-performing insurers across the globe.
