Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Looking for a simple yet romantic way to say "I love you"? Try this recipe! Add a hand-written note and you'll sweep them off their feet!

Ingredients:

20 strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs (optional)

Directions:

1. Wash, stem, and core the strawberries, saving removed portion. A small knife works best for this.
2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.  Place this mixture in a plastic or icing bag.
3. *If using a regular plastic bag, cut a hole in the bottom corner of the bag.
4. Squeeze cream cheese mixture into cored strawberries and fill until a small amount is sticking out of the strawberry. Then be creative! Replace the top portion if you like – or dip the cream cheese end of the strawberry into graham cracker crumbs to top it off.
