Bacon-Wrapped Stuffing Bites

Ingredients:
10 strips of bacon, uncooked
3 cups prepared or leftover stuffing (works bets if stuffing is moist, not dry)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line jelly roll pan type of baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
- Cut each bacon strip into 4 pieces.
- Form stuffing into balls. Using a small cookie dough scoop helps.
- Wrap a piece of the bacon around each stuffing ball and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes or when bacon is fully cooked.
- Drain on paper towel prior to serving.
