Our Emerging Professionals Network

In 2013, our company leaders put together the foundation for the Emerging Professionals Network (EPN), with the goal to increase engagement with employees. This network gives employees the opportunity to connect and grow, whether it's their first day on the job or if they have been with Shelter for many years. EPN works with our community outreach and diversity initiatives to promote Shelter's core values.

We strive to develop a dynamic network of future leaders and members of this organization have the opportunity to:

• Interact with senior members that currently serve as our company's leaders 
• Build lasting relationships with co-workers from various departments 
• Serve their communities through volunteer opportunities
